“scott walker “If I have my way, there won’t be any history teachers”
and came up with 17 hits. They all refer to something called the Borowitz Report. None have a link to video, audio, or even a newspaper article.

Wikipedia says the following about the Borowitz Report:

Andy Borowitz (born January 4, 1958) is a comedian and satirist who won the first National Press Club award for humor, and is known for creating the satirical website the Borowitz Report. In a profile on CBS News Sunday Morning he was called “one of the funniest people in America.”

The quote was absurd on its face, but thanks to phoneranger and his ilk, it may become a part of common knowledge like “I can see Russia from my house.”

But as Scott Walker said just today when asked how he felt history will treat him, “If I have my way, there won’t be any history teachers”.

If they are reviled (and IMO Rumsfeld will be) at least they will be reviled fairly.
