I haven't heard more than excerpts, but have 'speed-read' the text - and it is STELLAR. I wonder how much was his, and how much from a speechwriter? In either case, he made it his own by the delivery!

I understand that since entering full time campaign mode, and even more-so now that he is president, Obama has had less time to craft his own speeches, and been forced to rely more on speechwriters. Regardless, I'm sure he still provides far more input to the final text than the last several presidents had.

Well he's certainly got the Israeli's on their toes. I was a bit iffy on his "Hamas must take responsibility" bit. I'm hoping he glossed over that aspect out of deference to those he was speaking to and not as a matter of forthcoming policy.
