I suppose they are in process of working on some new technology that enables Kim Jong-Il to live forever. In his father's time, genetic engineering etc. was still too primitive. Mankind is capable of astonishing things. Why on Earth was it that North Korea became the ultimate Nineteen Eighty-Four fantasy land?
