When the US kicks out Russian spies Russia is “angry.” When Georgia arrests Russian spies, it’s time to go tattle to the UN.
Russia really really really cracks me up sometimes. I’m starting to wonder whether the people from MosNews are now running the country. Eitherway, tensions continue to escalate between Georgia and Russia.

Most importantly, the US expelled Russian diplomats (which was in-turn followed by a Russian expulsion of US diplomats) for having contact with a US citizen who was spying for Russia. In this case, actual diplomats, who generally should have immunity, have been arrested. This is irregular.
Additionally, it is probably a factor that the US is a former rival; Georgia is a former subordinate.

In Soviet folklore, great pigs head thrown to enemies create famine and pestulence. (this all said with Russian accent of course)

I’m not sure what Georgia can do to stop this.

Perhaps the Georgians should ask the Pike to make them go away.

If you are wondering whether they are the same people, wonder no longer. They are, to a great extent. If you are wonder whether they are newsmen first and politicians second, it’s the other way round.
