That is a great map, but in reality some of the neighborhood borders are a bit less well defined than it appears. For example, Little Italy barely exists anymore and is really far smaller than indicated, largely absorbed by a Chinatown which continues to grow. 

Some people would also carve out a small part of the Garment District and call it Koreatown.
