While Curzon is off touring southern Japan, I’ll be off visiting northern Italy. I leave this morning on a 53 EUR roundtrip Germanwings flight and come back Monday. A good friend who studied mechanical engineering here in Germany returned to his home country and alas, it’s high time for a visit. Posting will likely be nonexistant until my return so I turn over the blogging burden to Younghusband for now.

Have fun!
Matt added these pithy words on 16 Mar 06 at 4:52 amHave a good time, Chirol. I lived in Padua for a year and spent a lot of time in both Venice and Bologna, so I’m sure you’ll enjoy this trip. Tip for Padua- go to Piazza Della Frutta on any weeknight at around 7, where thousands of students from the city’s university gather to drink “Spritz”, a local concoction claimed by both Padua and Venice. Try not to drink ‘em too fast!
