The people that say they _do_ exist are part of the regime, and those that say they _don't_ exist are oppositionists. The supposed "leader" of the group has already been captured... twice! I can't seem to find a third angle on the group. I will have to do some asking around once I get there next summer (if my funding comes through...) I have no idea.
