Tensions between old rivals Ethiopia and Eritrea are heating up once again over the demarcation of the border. With Ethiopia tied as the world’s poorest country and Eritrea with the worst press save North Korea, it’s perhaps understandable that both sides have angry constituents clamoring for war.
