Does anyone know if the 2nd Amendment cover this?

The real question should be, do flamethrowers really do anything in battle? could you really pull one of these things out and protect yourself. I still think guns are the most common weapon and this just doesn't have that kind of range.

I'm no military expert, but flamethrowers were historically kept for very close combat situations where the enemy was holed up, or for psychological affect, as it can deliver a most unpleasant death.

Jay: Flamethrower posession is not regulated in the United States. You can own this with no legal consequences.
