Nah. Looks like accent is on survivability, not fightability. Angled panels to deflect projectiles. Unless someone in the back is supposed to stand up and shoot through the roof port - bad plan.
Looks too easy to grab ahold and climb on. Needs a slash and rip bumper guard in front & back to pierce pedestrians, as well as smash through obstacles. One way firing ports, retractible spikes & external claymores to repel boarders. Perhaps spikes for displaying the heads of recently dispatched hostiles would be appropriate. Tires, wheels seem to exposed.
Most important, some sort of remote control 360 degree firing apparatus to be handled by the driver alone if necessary.
