India-China Border Dispute Solved?

Lo and behold, I was naysaying bilateral relations just the other day [in the comments section], but it turns out the border issue may soon be solved. China and India just signed an agreement in which they agreed to solve the border disputes in the near future. This makes me pleased as punch because it means my grand Eurasian adventure can truly take place once I can cross with ease from China into India. (At present, the India-China border is closed, but you can cross from China into places such as Burma and Afghanistan.)

Of course, those of us truly “in the know” understand why this took so long.
